帯広にある老舗焼肉店が、移転新装オープンしました。ご両親の跡を継いで姉妹ふたりがそれぞれの得意な分野で力を発揮し、スタートさせた新しいスタイルの焼肉店は、「女性のお客様おひとりでも気軽に焼肉をたのしんでいただきたい」という気持ちが原点。ヘルシーでおいしいお店ができました。

A long-established yakiniku restaurant has reopened after renovating in Obihiro.Two sisters took over their family business, then started a restaurant with new style.

Their concept is “a restaurant where even a female customer by oneself can enjoy yakiniku here”. They are serving healthy yet delicious dishes.

焼肉店のイメージはこれまで、煙にいぶされた汚いイメージが先行していました。それを隠すために、壁を黒く塗り、薄暗い照明計画をして誤魔化している店舗も少なくありません。女性のお客様にも焼肉をたのしんでいただくためには、店内はもっと明るく健康的に演出しなくてはなりませんでした。JUICY DISHは、特殊な塗料と最新の排気システムを使うことで白を基調にしても煙に負けないデザインを実現。さわやかで親しみやすい空間を提供できました。女性お一人での来店も多いということですので、科学・技術と柔らかいデザインで、オーナーのご要望に応えることができたプロジェクトとなりました。

Generally, images of yakuniku restaurants tend to be negative, such as “smoky” or “dirty”. So quite a few restaurants adopt darkly painted walls or dark illumination plan to hide this atmosphere.But, we dare to produce the restaurant in a more healthful and well-lighted atmosphere to obtain their concept.At JUICY DISH, we used special paint and most advanced smoke extraction system to create a “clean yakiniku restaurant with white-painted wall”.As a result, we succeeded in providing refreshing and casual space.

Now the restaurant has a lot of female customer to enjoy a meal by oneself.From these facts, we could respond client’s demand at this project by our technology and flexible skills of design.
